1. Expansion Joints Only
Prices include back-up rings. To determine the price of the expansion joint only, deduct the price of back-up rings from the above prices.

2. Filled Arch Joints
a.) The flowing spherical shape of the arch eliminates sediment build up and insures smooth flow. Spherical arches are never filled.

3. Longer Than Standard Face to Face Dimensions
a.) If buying with back-up rings, add 4% to prices above for every additional 2" of length or fraction thereof.

b.) If buying longer reducer only, after adding 4% to the above prices for every additional 2" of length or fraction thereof, deduct the published price of the back-up rings.

4. Shorter Than Standard Face To Face Dimensions
Shorter than standard face to face dimensions are not recommended as under pressure the arch expands, which may force the cover against the flange bolt heads. This can damage the cover and decrease service life.

8. Hydrostatic and Vacuum Testing Charges
Prices include tests to 50% above pressure ratings and/or vacuum as required. Standard test times are a maximum of 10 minutes. If longer periods at pressure or vacuum are required, add 10% for each additional 5 minutes.

10. Please call the factory for latest pricing and for the following situations
a.) Offset or non-parallel flanges as special forms are normally required.
b.) Any Navy, Coast Guard or military application with specific specifications and/or special drillings.
c.) Any drilling other than standard ASA-150 or flange patterns shown in the series 500 catalog.
d.) Pressure requirements beyond 550 ratings tabulated in (7).
e.) Sizes shorter than standard face to face dimensions.
f.) Sizes where tooling charges are not listed in (9).
